Duke of Edinburgh – Update

Monday 4th May 2020

#DofEWithADifference

Despite the current situation, it is possible to continue with your current Duke of Edinburgh Award.

If you can continue your activities at home, make sure that you are recording your progress and updating your eDofE either on the website, or preferably with the eDofE app.

If you cannot continue your current DofE programme then there are lots of safe activities you can do at home or in the local community. Examples of these are:

Physical

Skill

Volunteering

These are only a small selection of alternative activities. You can find more examples of alternative activities and lots more information here: https://www.dofe.org/dofewithadifference

If you wish to change any of your sections, this needs to firstly be approved by your group leader. (Please also remember that your parents/carers need to be happy with any amendments that you are making).

If you have any questions please get in touch using the following email address: Lasswade_HS@midlothian.gov.uk
