We are pleased to report that we are now able to carry out digital banking refunds for cancelled school trips. Our office team will be contacting families via text message and email to confirm bank details in order to make correct and secure refunds. Should you wish for a member of the team to call you to discuss your refund, please indicate this in your email response.
We are currently contacting families regarding refunds for the following school trips:
A full refund is being issued to families for the China Trip as no bookings were confirmed.
For the S2 France Trip, we have submitted an insurance claim for individual deposits on behalf of families. We will keep you updated as the insurance claim progresses. Any further payments made towards this trip will be refunded to you by our office team.
We aim for all refunds to be finalised before the start of the summer and we thank you for your patience.Tweet  Share on Facebook
