Arrangements for Monday 17th August

Friday 14th August 2020

We have had a busy week settling in to our new routines and timetables and we are extremely proud of how well all our students have adapted and responded to the new ways of working.  As you might expect, there have been a few unforeseen challenges that we are overcoming and our timetables have now been finalised.

Arrangements for final distribution of timetables on Monday at 8.30am for all students are as follows:

S1: Meet S6 buddies at Fire Muster Points in the back playground

S2: Enter via back playground door and attend House Rooms

S3: Enter via back playground door and attend House Rooms

S4: Enter via PE fire exit doors at the front of the building and make way to PE Gym Hall

S5: Enter via main front door and make way to the Assembly Hall

S6: Enter via main front door and Costa entrance and wait in Costa area

We anticipate all students will have timetables issued and will be in classes no later than 8.45am.

Students will receive their week 1 and week 2 timetables.  We look forward to welcoming everyone back at the usual start time on Monday.  The school building will not be open before 8.15am and students will be ushered into the building by members of SLT and Student Support and supported by our fantastic S6 students.

From Tuesday morning, students will follow their normal timetables and should enter via the appropriate year group entrances.

A reminder that students will be outdoors during all break and lunch times and should wear appropriate clothing to suit weather conditions. Indoor breaks and lunches will take place in the case of adverse weather only.
