Skills Development Scotland/Career Advisers Availability During School Closure

Thursday 19th March 2020

Due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the closure of the school from Friday 20/03/2020 12:05, Skills Development Scotland cannot deliver career services face to face, but they are still there to help. Your child can contact their school Careers Advisers for career information, advice and guidance.

Students in Melville and St Annes should email Nicola Powell at nicola.powell@sds.co.uk. Students in Mount Esk and St Leonards should email Judy Tyler at judy.tyler@sds.co.uk. Students can also visit Skills Development Scotland’s website www.myworldofowork.co.uk.

Parents and carers can also still access our career services. Call your local centre to speak to one of our qualified advisers. Find your nearest centre at www.myworldofwork.co.uk/centres. Services for parents/carers are also available online at www.myworldofwork.co.uk and at www.mykidscareer.com.
