Thinking of Higher Education?

Friday 28th August 2020

If you are in S5 or S6, or in another year and want to start your research, please see the following links to some information from some of our partners. In previous years these partners have been in to school around this time to spend an evening with us presenting and taking questions. If you have any questions that you would like to put to any of the partners or the school about Higher Education opportunities or plans, please email these in to MEWellbeing.lasswade@mgfl.net

Please click on the following  link to the Student Awards Agency Scotland Youtube Channel to find our more about financial support for Higher Education

Please click on the following link to information on what can be offered by LEAPS. Lasswade High School is a LEAPS Group 2 school, therefore HE applicants who meet their eligibility criteria are afforded additional support with their applications.

Please click here for the link to a presentation by Lesley Stokes, the Widening Participation Officer from the University of Edinburgh. This gives great advice no matter which HE institution you may be thinking of applying to.
