Lasswade High School Students perform Dragon Dance

Friday 22nd February 2019

Students from Lasswade High school performed a dragon dance on the 9th of February at the Usher Hall in Edinburgh as part of the 2019 Edinburgh Official Chinese New Year Concert.

More than 1500 guests including Provosts, delegates from all walks of life and representatives from other Consular Corps attended the event.

After the performance, the student’s Mandarin teachers Ms. Jiang and Miss Liu said the students had prepared for one month for this performance and their hard work certainly paid off after their show.

Students said they hoped to experience more Chinese culture in the future.

Lasswade’s Lip Sync Battle 2019
