Response to feedback submitted from HT Update week ending 16/01/26.  We also had a couple of contacts for our VIP request.  I’ve emailed the parent/carer to thank them for their help.

My Question | Comment | Suggestion related to the school this week is: HT’s Response
Can I ask what the protocol is for when parents can not get parents evening slots? To hold a parents evening to get only 1 slot for all class is very disappointing? I’ve emailed the email as stated on link and school email and have had no response? I’m sorry that’s been your experience.  If parents/carers can’t secure appointments they should go through the allocated Student Support caseload person.  The emails you mention should make there way to the relevant staff member in Student Support.  I’ve seen them this morning and asked them to make contact with you.
