All students who are required to be in school next week for practical subject purposes have been made aware of this via their subject Google Classrooms by their teachers. Parents and carers of these students will also receive a Groupcall message the day prior to this required attendance.
Students are reminded to read and be aware of the safety measures in place for this return to school, as outlined here.
All students should note that our uniform policy continues to be relaxed. Students are encouraged to wear uniform if it is possible to have it clean on each day, and otherwise to be as close to uniform as possible.
School transport services will run as per our normal school day. If students arrive via school transport before 8.30am they are able to attend at the Games Hall to be seated until their practical session begins. If students use school transport services and only have one session to attend in the morning or afternoon, they can be provided with a Lothian Buses ticket by the school to travel at lunchtime as required. Students should request these via School Reception.
Students who are attending both a morning and afternoon session will have a lunch break between 12pm and 12.30pm. Students will be encouraged to be outside during these times, however there will be physically-distanced seating available in the Games Hall as an indoor provision.
If students are seated in the Games Hall before sessions begin or at lunchtimes, they must register the seat that they are sat in via the QR code on the desk or with the supervising staff member.
Senior Phase students should only use the stairwells on the carpark side of the building and be mindful of the revised movement directions that are clearly marked. They should also only use the toilets opposite rooms 010/011 and on the second floor.Tweet  Share on Facebook
