Breaking News: Gold Rights Respecting School Award

I am pleased to confirm that this morning we’ve been informed that we’ve been accredited with UNICEF UK’s Rights Respecting School Award at Gold: Rights Respecting.  This is a highly significant award and recognises the work the school has undertaken over the last few years to put the rights of young people at the heart of our school.  A particular thanks to Daisy Forbes, PE,  for her leadership of this work.  Her team of students and staff have been outstanding.

This recognition follows our accreditation visit in January with the Rights Respecting Schools Accreditation and Standards Committee (ASC) agreeing that sufficient evidence was provided in that visit to secure the Gold award.
