February is LGBT history month and as part our celebrations at Lasswade we are taking in Purple Friday, the 25th of February.
Please dress down and wear something purple to show your support for LGBT+ equality. The equalities group will be collecting donations via parent pay and in the atrium, and handing out purple stickers if you do not have anything purple to wear.
The money goes towards LGBT Youth Scotland who rely on donations to provide vital support for services to thousands of young people every year and to provide support to schools and organisations across Scotland.

Face Coverings – Update
The legal requirement to wear a face covering in most indoor places has now been replaced with general safety guidance encouraging people to wear face masks in busy/crowded places.
