Extra Ordinary Parent Council Meeting: 21/11/25

Friday 7th November 2025

Our Parent Council AGM held on Thursday 30th October, 2025, threw up a couple of technical matters. This means the Parent Council Chairs, are calling an Extraordinary Meeting on Friday 21st November, at 7.00pm, via Teams. This meeting aims to address the following issues:

Review and approve revised constitution; LHS PC Constitution 2025
Review and approve appointment of new Promoter for the LHS PC 200 Club

The Parent Council currently have a working group on the Constitution, and they think they will have time to finalise it by then.

There is also some necessary administrative work required to reinvigorate the 200 Club. Once that’s completed the Parent Council expect to put their efforts behind this important fundraising mechanism for the school. There is likely to be a significant New Year relaunch.

As indicated the meeting will be held on-line, via Teams, with parents/carers sent the link to the meeting, to their phones, on the Friday morning. The meeting begins at 7.00pm and should be ‘short and sweet’.

All parents/carers are welcome to ‘attend’. As stated, we’d love to see some new folk!
