S3 Reports

We have become aware of an issue with the recently published S3 Reports. Our quality assurance procedures only checked a small paper sample and this issue was not identified in these.

Students who are ‘on track’ to achieve third level by the end of S3 should not have had comments as part of their subject report. However, previous report comments have printed on students reports. Please be reassured that we are working with Midlothian Council to find a solution to this issue. In addition, if a student is not on track to achieve level 3 they should have an updated comment, to support their progress.
