The Parent Council plays an important part in the life and work of the school.  The role of the Parent Council is to:

• Support the school in its work with students
• Represent the views of all parents
• Encourage links between the school, parents, students and the wider community
• Report back to all parents
• Play a role in the appointment of the Head Teacher and Depute Head Teachers
• Support the school during school inspections
• Fulfil a fundraising role

There are six meetings per academic year.  Each meeting begins at 7.00pm and at the end of each school year we reflect on the format,  some of our meetings will be held in-person and others via Teams, to encourage attendance.  The first and last meeting of the session will be in-person for session 2025/26.   Please send in any questions for the Parent Council,  via email, to
